Happy 9 months to the Little Man!

If you don't know that our son's name is Carter, you know nothing about us. No, we aren't defined by our child but we love him and are loving soaking up the new moments he excites us with. On Halloween he turned 9 months old and he's just turned a big corner!



Here are his current stats:

• head circumference:27 3/4" - 75% - must take after daddy... maybe this leads to big brains!
  
• length: 18 1/4 - 50%
  
• weight: 50% - 20 lbs. 11 oz.
  

His latest tricks:

• We've got a crawling backwards attempt.
• Pulling up on mom and dad/ the exersaucer
• sometimes waking up in the middle of the night (wait, didn't we already sleep train you;))
  

News to dad...

• we were at the doctor today and he said dadadadi. Shockingly enough, Luke wasn't even in the room. But even the doctor witnessed this attempt at "Dad." Am I jealous, I'd be lying if I said I didn't wish he would have said mama first but not disappointed that he can't wait to say dada. I love it!
