always comes out.

this was the main point of the message that Luke preached last night. let me put it in other words... the truth is on an unassailable march toward being seen or known.

both good and bad. sometimes on earth & always in eternity. EVERYONE is going to judgment. So we must continue in doing good.

{scriptural back up: numbers 32:23, Eccl. 12:13-14, Galatians 6:7-9}

one point that he made that is so so true is that there's no happiness on the side of sin. there's always guilt, shame, pain, and we always want to forget or shield the truth when we're on the side of secret sin.

the best thing we can always do is to open up our secret darkness. James 5:16 says, "Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working."

lastly, there's so much more grace in opening up our own secret darkness rather than letting it get found out.

Are you going to be the one to bring it out? Or will God make sure it comes out?

one powerful night where sin was brought from dark to light... not easily but it brought freedom & hope purely because of the cross. thank you Lord!
