just another thursday. 2

i've found that thursdays are a good day for us to just be home. by then, we've had family fun day, a playdate, and bible study. so today i found myself at home and loving it.

if there's a mess....

i need to think, i'm glad we had fun. rather than why do i have to pick this up?

i had the realization that in our family our 1st child doesn't fall far from the tree [a.k.a. his dad] with their book collections... i can't contain them...

but why contain them?... they love books for goodness sake:)

i got this adorable picture of my 2nd born because i was feeling guilty that there's way fewer pictures of him than carter....

and i've made dessert for our date night at home...

now, i'm leaving out the tantrum from carter while taking pictures of reid, the lunch that carter decided against eating, and the fact that right when i put carter down for his afternoon nap reid woke up from his but... all things considered it's been a great thursday.
